Heed to God's word

Anytime you go against the will of God or fall into temptations, do not dwell on guilt. Heed to what God has said about you.

.

.

.

You need to understand what has been written concerning you in the Bible.

Hebrews 10:16

“This is the covenant that I will make with them

in the days to come, says the Lord:

I will put my laws in their hearts

and write them on their minds.”

Hebrews 10:17

And then he says, “I will not remember their sins and evil deeds any longer.”

Hebrews 10:18

So when these have been forgiven, an offering to take away sins is no longer needed.

Look at Hebrews 10:16....

Hebrews 10:16

“This is the covenant that I will make with them

in the days to come, says the Lord:

I will put my laws in their hearts

and write them on their minds.”

.

.

.

What are the days that is to come? Now! Now that Christ has died and resurrected.

.

.

.

Now, look at verse 17

Hebrews 10:17

And then he says, “I will not remember their sins and evil deeds any longer.”

.

.

.

In the days to come, which is now, God has said "I will remember your sins no more!"

.

.

.

Don't get all worked up over your mistakes. All you need to do is to apologise to your Father and repent. Don't run away Him because He loves you so so much.

.

.

.

Don't misunderstand what the word "repent" means. Repent means to change your mindset or to change how you think. Not for God's good but for your own good.

.

.

.

God doesn't hate sin because of what it does to Him but because of what it does to you.

.

.

.

We that are born again should serve God without fear or guilt! Zachariah, the father of John, prophesied about Christ saying

Luke 1:74

That he would grant to us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,

Don't keep dwelling in that guilt. God loves you. God is pleased with you.

.

.

.

You are holy. You are righteous. You are without blemish in His sight. In His sight, you are more than perfect.

.

.

.

You couldn't, you didn't, and can never make yourself holy and pure but God did through Christ Jesus.

As Believers, we need to have a greater understanding of the gravity of God's sacrifice. If we'd actually look deeper into what happened on the cross, we would see that nothing ordinary occurred there. There would be much more value given to Jesus if we could understand what He's coming took and the changes it made.       In the Acts of the Apostles, when Peter encountered some Jews, he told them about Jesus..... "You rejected the man who was holy and innocent. You asked to have a murderer given to you, and you killed the source of life. But God brought him back to life, and we are witnesses to that." [Acts 3:14-15 (God's word)] Jesus coming to this Earth caused Him His very own life! To save you and I, He had to die.          It looks and sounds easier on paper right? Imagine being killed by the ones you came to save? That's how much it took from Him. However, the book of Hebrews says....."𝑯𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑱𝒐𝒚 𝒂𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅...

According to scriptures, it is only through hearing and believing the Gospel that a person can receive the gift of salvation.  However, Apostle Paul lamented on this in his Epistle to the church in Rome..... "But how can people call on him if they have not believed in him? How can they believe in him if they have not heard his message? How can they hear if no one tells the Good News? How can people tell the Good News if no one sends them? As Scripture says, "How beautiful are the feet of the messengers who announce the Good News." [Romans 10:14-15 (God'sword)]       For the message of the Gospel to reach the world, people have to be appointed for it. Amazingly, we Believers have been entrusted with this responsibility.  The Bible says, in 2Corinthians, that.."𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒖𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒊𝒎".        As Believers, we are God's ambassadors. We are witnesses ...

Who are the people you associate yourself with? Do they  make you a better person or not? This is a very essential question every Believer should ask themselves.     The Bible says in 1Corinthians 15:33 that...."𝑫𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒔𝒐 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅! 𝑬𝒗𝒊𝒍 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒖𝒑𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓, 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒓" and it doesn't get truer than that.        If those who you call companions (close or influencial individuals) are carnally minded, you'll begin to exemplify their characters. Gradually, you'll begin to see your focus drift away from God to other unfruitful things.        No matter how spiritually sensitive you are, once you become closely entangled with a carnal mind or an Unbeliever, your mind will most likely get corrupted as well.     The Bible also says that..."𝒂 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒂...
